Job Description:
A leading large national retailer is URGENTLY looking for a BUTCHERY MANAGER to run their store in Centurion
Desired Experience & Qualification
Running the butchery from ordering, block test, costing as well as formulating GP’S
Cutting meat potions of all types
Staff management and training
3 year managerial experience in a large retail shop
Must have a copy of your matric certificate
Must be willing to work retail hours
Relevant butchery qualifications is a plus
