My client is looking to employ a Business Analyst, who will be responsible for streamlining reporting, analytical and functional internal processes, optimizing reporting and real-time access to information for clients, and adopting new software that improves efficiencies and/or generates income for Property Management. This will involve the business analysis, development of the intelligence tool or report, implementation of staff and clients' tools, and clients to use them.
Understand Business Case & Objective
Analyse and elicit requirements.
Develop Project Scope and define Project Boundaries.
Document Business Requirements (Use cases, Business Requirement Diagram, System Requirement Spec)
Develop plans (requirements, scope, quality)
Suggest process improvement method (process, techniques, plans)
New business avenues in Tech Space, esp. income generating.
Gap analyses of areas of optimisation
Prepare technical documentation (spec) (context diagram, class diagram, Enterprise Requirement Diagram)
Create mock-up & user interfaces.
Develop Data Models and Process Flows
Perform Technical Analysis/Options/Evaluation
Engage with IT support as required.
Design Smart Tools in PowerBI, Datamart and other models to be adopted ad-hoc.
Implementation of other software e.g., DocFox, Walletdoc
Project Management for each tool / application
Implementation of each tool / application, including Training of Staff and preparing Training Videos.
Manage Quality & Version Control
Monitor Change Management
Liaise with stakeholders
Half-year end and year-end reviews
Annual budgets / forecasts
Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Degree or Diploma in Information Management or 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property sector in Information Management & Reporting Prior experience in property essential.
5 years’ of property and financial management in commercial property (listed funds sector) essential.
Familiarity with Excel for business use – at least 3 years
Knowledge of basic accounting.
Knowledge of related computer applications.
Knowledge of SQL.
