Leading Financial Services Organization requires a qualified and experienced Sales Team Leader. The suitable candidate will be required to drive sales of insurance products
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of virtual sales staff to drive targets.
Products range includes Personal line, Life & Funeral products
Conduct daily collaboration sessions and frequent check-in throughout the day with team to motivate and drive performance.
Use daily and live stats to monitor progress to ensure that agents are reaching target.
Interact closely with other team members during work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results.
Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best work to achieve maximum results.
Keep abreast of competitors and trends. Compile Sales reports.
Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
Provide accurate interval sales stats as required to executives - Complete daily sales tracking sheet.
Ensure processes are adhered to mitigate risk
Allocate Rewards to staff who over achieve on a consistent basis and include in the monthly Management Report.
Qualifications and Experience:
RE and relevant FAIS/Insurance qualifications.
6 to 8 years experience in Sales of Insurance products.
4 years experience in managing staff.
