My client within the FMCG manufacturing industry is seeking to employ a Receptionist / Admin Clerk to assist with admin duties
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have:
English and Afrikaans speaking candidates only due to the company’s employment equity target
2 years working experience within an office environment handling switchboard and secretarial duties
Must be able to work well under pressure and under minimal supervision
Stable track record
Duties will include but not limited to:
Answering of switchboard and taking messages.
Reconciliation of POD’s and capturing the details on “ERP system”.
Loading of Invoices.
Accurately capturing all sheets and keeping a record of info on a spreadsheet, ensuring sheets are filled in as per SOP.
Ordering of all consumables and stationery.
Filing of all paperwork for various departments.
Running of various statistical reports.
Liaising with all courier companies.
Participate in annual stock take.
Ensure that all documents are couriered
From time to time carry out other tasks within the department which is consistent with the grade and qualification.
Candidates need to have good problem-solving skills, a team player, and ability to build relationships and focus on the client’s needs.
