WORKSHOP FOREMAN MECHANICAL QUALIFICATION ADVANTAGEOUS - PAROW INDUSTRIA (CAPE TOWN)
Our Client a Commercial & Industrial Equipment Supplier is looking to appoint a Workshop foreman, the candidate will be hiring and training employees; monitors work activity, works with clients orders supplies, fixes equipment, and enforces rules and regulations associated with the job site. Recruits and hires new shop employees. Creates and manages employee schedule
Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will also be responsible for the quality of the work carried out and performs incoming and outgoing inspection on all parts and assemblies or delegates that work During busy periods, the workshop manager is required to undertake manufacturing tasks and assist the through put of work through the workshop.
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
Must have Matric
Diesel Mechanic trade or Mechanical qualification advantageous
Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Previous management experience
Sound mechanical aptitude
Excellent client service and negotiating skills
Good verbal and written skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
