This fast growing FMCG concern based in Johannesburg North is seeking a HR Business Partner.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO and the HR Head (who are based in Sandton, South Africa) and a key member of the Exchange Traded Executive team
The HRBP must effectively lead and direct all human capital resources to deliver the objectives of the organisation’s strategic plan and financial performance metrics.
This must be achieved in accordance with the Group’s approved mandates for Human Resources.
In addition, s/he will be required to work collaboratively with the broader HR Executive teams and personnel within the Group to ensure consistency in the application of all policies and procedures as appropriate
The HRBP must be prepared to travel locally, into Africa and abroad as appropriate in order to deliver on the business’s objectives and requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
A proven record of success in Human Resource management
At least 8-10 years’ progressive leadership experience in managing people & resources and implementing world class human resource management principles and techniques;
Must have the relevant graduate level degree preferably with a post graduate degree in human resource management and/or a professional qualification aligned to the requirements for the position;
An in-depth working knowledge of the industry supported by Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
Articulate with good presentational skills and an appreciation for the demands of conflicting interests and meeting all statutory requirements;
