Job Mission / Objective To support the Relationship Manager in his/her respective portfolio by attending to all operational and credit/risk related functions of business customer accounts. Main Responsibilities 35USINESS: Ensure Business Profitability and Growth in conjunction with the Relationship Manager by pricing the portfolio effectively. Ensure Lending disbursement targets are met in conjunction with the Relationship Manager. Ensure no customer losses. Identify cross and up-selling opportunities in the RM portfolio and distribute those leads to internal business partners. 20ELATIONSHIP AND CLIENT FOCUS: Client Engagement by conducting customer visits with the Relationship Manager where applicable. Ensure good turnaround times within SLA agreements with internal and external stakeholders. Client Satisfaction by ensuring zero complaints from customers Improved turnaround times RISK FOCUS Ensuring irregular accounts metrics stay within set parameters for the portfolio. Support the Relationship Manager in all credit applications by ensuring all applicable due diligence on an application is done in accordance to the laid down credit and risk policies and guidelines of the Bank. REVENUE: Co-responsible for the profitability of the relationship manager’s portfolios by recovering all applicable fees and charges for services rendered. SELF DEVELOPMENT AND CSI Adherence to relevant policies and execution of relevant procedures No direct people management responsibilities Other Role Elements Contacts and Business Relationships Internal: Business suite staff, credit and risk staff, operational support staff External: Customers, professional networks Job Requirements Academic Knowledge: Minimum Matric, NQF 4, FAIS RE1 competent 5 years general banking experience, 3 years in credit related environment Skills / Specialized Know How: Credit and general bank operational skills. Competencies: excel, word, outlook, communication, teamwork, resilient, stress tolerance, high integrity and work ethic, customer service centric.
