Job Description:
Our client who has various business interests is urgently looking for a Butchery Manager at their Tzaneen Branch to start as soon as possible
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
Maintain Equipment and fault finding - Saws, mincers cutting equipment etc.
Good existing relationships with industry suppliers and customers will be an advantage
Established advanced proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Experience in weighting and packaging meat
Analytical and ability to work with figures
Able to work irregular hours where necessary
Strong administrative skills - orders, quotes, stock
Allocate and oversee cutting lists and orders
Block tests and wastage management
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
Qualification:
Matric or relevant tertiary education
Meat inspector will be an added advantage
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position
Minimum 7 years of industry experience
Own transport & valid driver’s license
