Job Description:
We're now accepting applications for the position of Senior Insights and Analysis Specialist. The purpose of this position will be to perform data analytics and modelling in order to enhance marketing efforts, campaign efficacy and overall portfolio performance. This will include periodically preparing and presenting advanced analytics and findings to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing analytics in collaboration with financial services experts
Delivering customer insights and identifying opportunities
Conducting time series analysis and forecasting customer, product and marketing performance
Gathering insights for target setting and tracking purposes
Applying statistical modellingh and advanced analytics techniques
Designing interim reports before they are implemented
Measuring product and campaign performance
Collaborating with the machine learning team to incorporate machine learning
Desired Experience & Qualification
An Honours or Masters Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science Engineering, AI or Big Data
At least 5 years experience in delivering advanced analytics projects
Expert in data manipulation and the use of structured data tools such as SQL as well as unstructured data tools and platforms such as Hadoop, Spark and NoSQL
Expertise in major statistical modelling software packages such as SAS as well as multivariate techniques such as segmentation, multiple regression and factory analysis
Professional knowledge of credit analytics
Experience in digital analytics and it's applications such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social listening and social network analysis
