Duties & Responsibilities
Education and Minimum Requirements
Relevant Degree (Sales Management, Managerial degree and Financial qualification an advantage)
5 to 7 years sales management experience in driving and improving sales relations with principals (preferably in a similar industry)
Persuasive selling skills
Budgeting and Cost Management
Business and Operations Management
People Management and Development
Build and promote strong, long-lasting Principal relationships with existing & potential Principals.
Build Joint Business Plans (JBP) with Principals.
Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
Achieve sales targets.
Lead & develop nationwide sales team members to achieve growth and meet or exceed sales & profit targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in order to expand the company’s customer base and ensure strong presence in existing markets.
Identify & develop new potential customers and new & emerging market opportunities.
Identify market shifts and competitor movements and develop strategies to address.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing & potential customers.
Collect and analyze sales data and trends.
Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
Optimize sales processes and introduce tools where necessary.
