An exciting position exists at a large FMCG company who requires a Customer Service Consultant
Position based in JHB North
Candidates to have strong computer literacy including SAP and strong Excel skills
Duties & Responsibilities
Order Taking Monitor orders vs stock availability and manage demand correctly. Monitoring of the systems for active orders, print and process into order exchange, receive orders from distributors as well as directly from Customers. Perform daily purchase order checks to ensure all orders are processed. Ensure all orders processed are exported into the system, within the daily cut off time. Liaise with Credit Control on releasing of orders. Maintaining quality service by following the company standards Provide timely & professional responses to Customers queries, together with after sales support. Escalate unresolved queries to Management, providing details and actions taken. Ensure Customers are made aware of new launches, Programs as well as informing them of out of stocks. Preparing of sales reports for individual channels that one is responsible for. Tracking of actual vs volume targets as per business objectives set.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Tertiary related to Sales/Marketing will be an advantage
Experience in customer services/telesales
Experience from a FMCG Co an advantage
