Moving Heads Personnel is an owner managed business and has been in operation since January 1997.
• Formulating and implementing strategies and objectives for markets and clients and ensuring their implementation
Managing renewals for allocated clients.
Client management for top clients (account planning and development of measures)
Continuously maintaining and managing relationships with clients and brokers
Proactively developing and pushing solutions/product ideas and negotiating and selling solutions with adjustments to the existing business where required
Planning the business development for markets, with existing and new clients, and brokers (also on the basis of what has been learned from the analyses)
Selling a range of products and services, acquiring new clients and winning back previous clients. Ensuring client segmentation/prioritisation.
Giving internal/external presentations.
Resource planning and control in order to achieve client objectives (e.g. underwriting capacity required and/or innovation teams.
Degree in Business, Commerce or Management (or equivalent) is a pre-requisite;
5 years underwriting experience as well as proven client-centric experience.
Sound knowledge of primary insurance (products, operations, sales) experience with non-traditional products;
In-depth marketing knowledge;
Fundamental knowledge of business management;
Strong interpersonal, networking & negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal, communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with sound foresight. Able to work under pressure.
