Job Description:
Multi-National Facilities Management company is looking for a Technical Facilities Manager to ensure that the commercial properties in the portfolio are well maintained and in optimal working condition. Refrigeration/HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical qualification & Facilities Management experience is essential for this role. This role is based in the Mpumalanga province.
Duties & Responsibilities
Main job function
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the assigned buildings or client premises in the portfolio.
Oversee service delivery to the client, procures services, handles third-party service contracts
Manage & direct maintenance procedures.
Ensure that all buildings, grounds, and equipment are well maintained and in optimal working condition.
Implement departmental policies and procedures and ensure that all operations are per established health and safety regulations.
Keeps Senior Management well informed of area activities and significant problems.
Train, direct, and appraise assigned personnel.
