Work across Commercialisation to choose which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on across both acquisition, activation and retention
Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
A/B testing those ideas.
Work closely with Digital Marketing, Data and Product owners to optimise selected growth strategies for the Business.
Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
Develop and implement front-end web code where appropriate to launch interactive landing pages benefiting the marketing team’s goals
Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
Work with Digital Marketing and Data to test and optimise marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.
Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
Analyse, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
Identify industry trends and insights
Analysing the data and users’ feedback – from customer focus groups
Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the application more user-centric.
Work with marketing teams to drive traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps…
Deep understanding of AARRR (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue) and associated optimisation strategies.
Scale and automate where possible the growth processes.
Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.

Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker for 3+ year(s)
In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
Being data-driven (and kind of a data-geek): clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
Have a start-up mindset (maybe have worked for a Fintech or app development company) • Experience in Direct communication campaign tools such as AWS Pinpoint
Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
Editing and copywriting skills • Knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing
