Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to oversee the production of goods within the distillery as well as all operational aspects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties:
Control, supervise and manage daily production processes
Planning and scheduling
Manage production budget
Managing the SARS Excise Account
Stock control
Procurement
Export Documentation
Certification of new products with DAFF
Manage QS, Hygiene and H&S Standards
Blending and Bottling
Distilling
Processing of Fruit
Requirements:
Qualification in winemaking or other relevant qualification
Experience within a food or beverage processing and manufacturing
Distillery background and exposure advantageous
