Well known Raw Materials Company has a vacancy for a Senior KAM (New Markets) who will be responsible for identifying clients and developing markets in countries neighbouring to South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities
Identifying clients and developing markets in countries neighbouring to South Africa, such as Mauritius, Angola, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana etc.
Additionally, the candidate would be given the charge to oversee the Distributor market in SA and neighbouring countries.
The candidate must be self-driven, enterprising and well versed in key disciplines of key account management and project management.
The candidate must be capable of and have the ability to manage and set sales related targets, identify growth potential with new and existing customers with clear development strategies and demonstrate initiative with strong project management skills
Must understand the complexities of order Management cycle and support Company and his / her clients towards successful Order Completion.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and all functions to successfully conclude projects.
The job would require extensive travel during normal times and during Covid times, the candidate would have to create a framework to ensure that the business and projects are run smoothly.
Depending upon the market opportunities, candidate capabilities, market coverage would be expanded to include additional countries.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 7 years sales/KAM experience in the Fragrance Industry.
Exposure to above mentioned markets.
Package & Remuneration
R 1 500 000.00/ Per Annum
