Oversee the day to day operation including the Camp Manager
Host all meals and welcome guests from Game Drives and walks
Oversee the food and bev, kitchen and housekeeping departments directly with keeping an eye on front office
Oversee and manage all stock takes and kitchen ordering to ensure good controls are adhered to
The ideal candidate will have had at least 5 years experience as a Camp Manager or a Lodge Manager.
The following criteria are to be met:
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
At least 5 years management experience in similar role
5* Luxury lodge experience (Matric),
Hospitality related certification
Food & Beverage knowledge
Administration and financial controlling competence
Able to multi-task
Admin duties
Dealt with Stock
Able to work accurately under pressure
Computer literate at advanced level: MS Office, Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Driver’s License
