Assist the sales team in reaching revenue target, by producing high quality tailored sales proposals and tender bids. Provide support and technical advice to the sales team with regards to the development of proposals by navigating various territorial legislation, cultures and contexts to increase the effectiveness of sales proposals and other documentation.
Write? high-stakes proposals quickly and professionally
Assist sales team to develop customised proposals.
Generate quotes and invoices as required.
Improve and commit to company procedures to help us better serve our internal and external customers.
Conduct administrative and technical reviews along with funding recommendations for organization proposals.
Create professional presentations according the the company’s corporate image
Liaise and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to perform a needs analysis.
Research and apply the relevant legislation to proposals or tender bids.
Stay up to date with relevant mHealth and Audiological innovation and research.
Advise sales team based on research and legislation on proposals, quotes or expansion into new territories.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Create value for our partners and customers through excellent service and creative problem solving.
Respond timeously and professionally to clients via email or phone calls as required.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders with the goal of generating repeat revenue from such persons and organisations.
Track and report on client engagement using Agile CRM system or any other technology implemented in the company.
Generate innovative plans and translate into s?ales plans that will ?enable sales team to achieve target.
Set achievable short and long term goals and communicate these to the sales manager.
Achieve goals set above.
Achieve individualised sales target as set by the Sales Manager.
Minimum Education (essential): Bachelor degree or equivalent post school qualification.
(desirable): Honours degree / Masters Student
Required natur of experience: Proposal writing
Skills and Knowledge
Writing of sales proposals and/or research proposals
Great communication skills
Exposure to medical field, specifically audiology
Grant funding application writing
Technology solutions sales
