Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and programs. Track and report on plant metrics, analyse process and data, drive the plant 5S program towards world class and lead six sigma projects to deliver quantifiable cost, productivity and quality improvements.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing plant, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion to grow is preferable.
A BSc / BEng / BTech in Industrial Engineering is essential
