Job Description:
Established franchisee group is seeking to employ a Retail Area Manager for one of their regions. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the the operations of various restaurants. The position requires you to achieve employee performance, customer, profit and sales targets and operational efficiencies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include:
Ensure reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance are completed in accordance with policies and procedures
Maximise sales and profit
Maintain and develop restaurants in the area
Evaluate performance of Restaurant Management against set targets
Oversee resolutions of complaints
Ensure staffing levels are determined
Formulate and implement area bench plan
Management of various teams in set area
Performance management and training
Ensure costs and expenses are within the operational standards
Drive regional team to achieve and grow sales targets
Local store marketing
Maximise sales
Requirements:
Min matric
Min 5 years experience at management level in a retail environment managing multiple stores
Excellent command of the English language
Valid drivers licence
Good numercy skills and ability to understand finances
Position requires working over some weekends
