One of the biggest courier companies in the world is looking for a hardworking and experienced individual who can hit the ground running. Our client is looking for a New Business Consultant who is not afraid to cold call. You will need to go out and hunt for new business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Scheduling of new business appointments
Achieve individual targets / Productivity Targets
Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
Selling of the full supply chain products
Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and expand customer base.
Update weekly call report and REACH daily
Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
Desired Experience & Qualification
Strong administrative and computer skills.
Analytical and mathematical skills to assist in quotations.
Great organizational and time management skills.
Ability to cold call
Ability to problem solve and find a practical solution to issues that arise.
Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Able to work independently
Ability to understand business process and be able to interpret business needs.
Proven sales track record
Confident and optimistic
3-Year corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clients
Need to have worked for reputable corporates
Industry experience advantageous – Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)
