My client, an established farming concern located between Somerset West and Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ a Team Leader to join their production team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include:
All tasks including (but not limited to) planting, preparation, maintenance and picking of strawberries and wine grapes.
Requirements:
• Leadership abilities, enabling one to keep a team of workers motivated and efficient, while ensuring that discipline, hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
• Someone who pays attention to detail
• Drivers’ licence: Code 10 with PDP is preferable
• Ability to manage necessary admin associated with the team
• Plant production experience essential
• Contactable references and experience is similar position essential
