Job Description:
Receive finished goods from production department
Ensure accuracy of goods received against relevant waybill documents;
Stock transferring from ACCPAC of the Production Location to the Finished Goods Location;
Capture waybill on the Accpac system via transit transfer
Invoice customer orders on Accpac per the waybill
Ensure company disciplinary codes are adhered to in the department
Ensure good housekeeping, safety and security
Ensuring quality of items received from production department
Responsible for the daily cycle counts
Storage, binning and preservation of goods;
Liaison with customers on matters relating to planned deliveries
Arranging or filling in for any of the resources that are absent in the department;
Approval and correction of employee timesheets for wages
Loading of vehicles for dispatch;
Ensuring invoices are sent with the delivery
Ensure all containers for export and transit are correct according specifications
Arrange transportation for goods as required/scheduled;
Conducting scheduled monthly stock take;
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Supervisor development certificate or similar
Warehousing experience
Supervision experience
Stock Control
Knowledge of store administration, work instructions and accpac
