Job Description:
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a seasoned Digital Design Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a design team to invent and execute digital design solutions, Work closely with UX and digital development team, Responsible for all design projects, from defining complex user-stories, wire-framing and prototyping to visual design with accountability to results, Package design concepts and present to internal stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways, Integrate brand marketing and positioning with direct response to drive conversions throughout the entire customer journey, Manage requirements for front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, etc
Desired Experience & Qualification
Approximately 8 - 10 years of design experience with heavy focus on digital and UX
Retail experience is a plus
Must have digital portfolio available
Digital design experience for mobile and desktop.
Demonstrated understanding of best practices related to email designs, responsive UX, and social media
Expert in Adobe CC software and other related design tools.
Proficient understanding of development technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS
Problem-solving and proactive
Good planning and organisational ability
