To manage and administer the organization's staffing assignments using the Systems Application Product to ensure system integrity in terms of reporting structures and budget allocations as well manage and administer the job evaluation process to ensure correctness in the relative size and ranking of jobs in the context of the organization's hierarchy.
National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
3 - 5 years’ experience working experience

Ensure compliance with approved organizational management policies and DOA.
Facilitate the organization management audit process and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Revise and maintain existing or develop new organizational structures using the approved tool to meet operational requirements, communication networks and functional consistency, usually resulting from an organizational diagnosis or business case.
Development / alignment of SAP Organizational Assignments against approved structures referred.
Continuous monitoring and maintenance of staffing assignments to ensure data integrity.
Provide guidance or assistance to management and employees with the completion of job descriptions to ensure quality assurance as a requirement of the job evaluation methodology.
Arrange job evaluation committees and chair the job evaluation process to ensure consistency, fairness and correctness.
Attend to representations received from Line Managers and employees with regard to job evaluation results.
