Our client in the Fund Management industry is looking for a Marketing Assistant.
Take responsibility for the weekly and ad hoc commentary sign off, setting and distribution
? Coordinate the updating and distribution of the monthly and quarterly MDDs, factsheets and portfolio sheets
? Ensure generic presentations are updated on a regular basis and distributed as relevant
? Maintain filing systems for central access and use
? Maintain records of all material produced and corresponding compliance approvals, where appropriate, relative to regional regulatory requirements
? Maintain workflow and approval processes, including compliance sign-off where appropriate
Support the Head of Marketing in the development of creative layout of designs (documents – print / responsive / mobile / desktop, banner ads, html emails, native apps etc.)
? Aid the respective regional sales teams with production of approved digital assets when requested.
Being aware of current industry best practice.
? A personal desire to investigate new and emerging technologies and, where appropriate, discuss with the Head of Marketing
Ensure clear and efficient communications within the marketing team, and the wider Group.
? Liaise with service providers, where appropriate, for clarity, to assist in and troubleshoot technical issues.
Attend meetings and conferences as and when required.
? Other ad hoc marketing tasks as and when required.
? Represent the Group in a professional manner at all times.
? Need to adapt quickly in the face of changing priorities.
