Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
Inbound Sales Representatives will be responsible for selling the company's products and services from its headquarters
A list of Inbound Sales Representative duties includes taking phone calls, assisting customers, solving customer complaints, process sales, and following up on inbound sales requests
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing all inbound sales requests
Escalate nonstandard sales to Sales Manager
Be the face of the company
Helpful and professional (understanding the need for the client)
Quick turnaround time on requests
Understand Product set to sell
Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of v services and performance standards
Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement
Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end
Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services
Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines
Supervise all unresolved compliant for sales
Prepare required paperwork
Prepare all new contracts and handle all incoming calls for same
Analyse all client requirements and assist to prepare all service contracts and facilitate sales for same
Perform all follow up
Supervise all on line chat sales calls for clients
Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on phone
REQUIREMENTS
Matric/Grade 12-Essential
Inbound Sales Certification-Desirable
Good understanding of technology, products and services offered by the company and the telecommunications industry-Essential
At least 1year recent, relevant, consultative sales experience or the equivalent
Previous telecommunications industry or recurring revenue product experience - Essential
Knowledge Areas
Strong written and verbal communication - Essential
Basic computer skills, and experience with the Microsoft Office - Essential
Manage and process and correspondence with customers-Essential
Strong product and pricing knowledge, with the ability to follow- through on client contracts -Essential
Ability to multitask and manage several sales requests-Essential

Sales background with proven performance in a competitive sales environment.-Essential
