A vacancy exists for an experienced KEY ACCOUNT PRODUCT SALES MANAGER with an exceptionally strong Sales background within the GAMING IT Field, the respective candidate will manage and oversee the listing of products within the major Retailers as well as manage. The main objective is to establish and grow market share and achieve sales targets for the assigned IT Products which are Desktops, Laptops and Servers within the various Corporate and Dealer Principles.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop sales forecasts and plan to grow business
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Will assist with development of vertical markets and assist with strategies for lead generation.
Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
Oversee and implementation of marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Desired Experience & Qualification
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent must have a relevant IT background with product knowledge on Gaming Products (Playstation,XBox etc)
Excellent written, verbal and computer communication skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license.
Initiative, go-getter attitude and able to complete projects on time with minimal supervision
CRITERIA FOR APPLICATION
Have a minimum of 5 years extensive Sales Experience in the Gaming field
Proven track record on penetrating market and increasing market share
Strong business sense of community and new and upcoming development prospects/project
