A well know Global FMCG company based in Bryanston is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement Preferred Customer strategy
Deliver key initiatives to drive Preferred Customer segment growth; define KPIs into Customer journey and deliver accordingly:
Increase Preferred Customers trial, loyalty and increase basket size
Loyalty program implementation
Focus on the right ‘commercial package’ for the Preferred Customers, including value proposition definition across the different segments (attached and unattached)
Support Preferred Customers and Customers experience at 360 degree, from service to plan implementation
Work multifunctionally to get feedback and support to implement preferred customers plans (from sales and marketing teams)
Look for B2C alternative opportunities
Desired Experience & Qualification
Major in business administration, engineering, finance, sales or/and marketing
The ideal candidate should have 8/10 years experience managing direct to consumer programs including CRM, loyalty customer programs, customer promotions and any other relevant experience driving customer lifetime value on both digital and traditional areas.
A plus would be to have experience in building co-marketing e partnership plans.
Multifunctional experience within Marketing and sales to ensure plan integration
Note that are a must: i. experience in digital areas and ii. agility to connect commercial needs and technical solutions
Demonstrated commitment to customer centricity and service oriented
Strong leadership and ability to envision and drive changes into organization
Solid analytical and strategic thinking and problem solving to drive design and execution
Solid collaboration as a way to deliver results trough the different functions
Process change management, project and program management and strategic planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required in a very dynamic/fast paced environment
Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Project
Potential travel required
