An Executive Assistant: Corporate Services role has become available in Pretoria for at my client’s organization. This role is looking to attract candidates with 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
Diploma/ Higher Certificate in Administration or Secretarial Studies
10 years’ personal assistance experience at a management and executive level
Understanding of medical schemes industry will be an added advantage
Understanding of stakeholder relationship engagement
Work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle and be willing to travel at short notice.
Good knowledge of Office Administration
Diary management for conferences, meetings and events
Attend to logistics of meetings in respect of venues, catering equipment, procurement etc.
Manage travel arrangements in line with the organization’s travel policy
Prepare meeting packs as required
File all documents and correspondence in a well-organized filing system
Administer miscellaneous expenses
Maintain divisional contacts and update within 48 hours of receipt
Provide administrative support
Provide telecommunication support and services by attending to incoming and outgoing calls
To compose and type all relevant correspondence.
