My client, an established national company has a vacancy at their Noordhoek branch for as Financial/Office Administrator with approximately 2 years experience in to join them asap.
Candidate must reside in the Southern suburbs and have their own vehicle and valid license
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include but not limited to:
Processing of GRV’ s / GRS’ s Processing of Credit notes Monitor & report on Cash sale and DRS outstanding
Debtors and Creditors
Daily filing (Banking, Invoices, Picking slips, Credit notes, IBO’s, IBO
Picking Slips)Handling Petty Cash, reconciling Petty CashMonitor, update Fuel spend recon
Authorisation on banking issues where/ when required
Monitoring/ coaching / mentoring Cashier and General Office Assistant functions.
Debtors, Creditors and Cashbook
Valid license and own car essential
Financial qualification advantageous
