Company based in Maitland is looking for a candidate with at least 5 years experience in the Food Retail Industry
Duties & Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and updated financial budgets & associated schedules
Review and presentation of monthly management accounts.
Stock variance reporting and resolving.
Financial Department Staff Management
Preparation for annual audit Daily, weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and management
Feasibility studies and analysis
Inventory and financial reporting system oversight
Weekly & monthly product pricing
Design and implementation of financial controls centrally and at the butcheries.
Weekly and monthly staff payments and supplier payments, creditor reconciliations.
Assisting other departments when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
5 years retail financial management experience – must understand working with stock
B Comm level qualification with accounting as a major
Must be willing to go into the township once or twice per year if necessary for a store opening.
Pastel Evolution experience – preferable.
Food retail store experience – ( meat industry expetience will be an advantage).
