Fleet servicing company situated in Pretoria West is looking for an Admin Controller. Suitable candidates will have completed matric and at least 2 years administration experience. Computer literacy on Word, Excel essential

Duties & Responsibilities
Fleet administration (job cards, upkeep of fleet files etc)

Assisting with process invoices

Follow up on outstanding purchases orders

Requesting supplier quotations

Prepare supplier payments

Assist with payroll and HR duties

Book trailers for services

Responsible for vehicle kilometer log sheets and reporting all accidents

General administration

Desired Experience & Qualification
Completed matric

2 years administration experience

Basic financial skills (invoicing)

Excellent customer liaison skills

Computer literate on MS Office (Excel & Word)

Computer literate on Syspro (beneficial) or similar program

Package & Remuneration
R125 000 CTC (annual)
