Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
Our client who owns her own Veterinary Practice based in Milnerton is looking for a Permanent Half-Day Receptionist to assist with running the Front Desk including Answering calls & assisting with Sales and Bookings amongst other duties which will be discussed in the interview
SHIFTS
You will one of 3 shifts per day
OPERATING HOURS
Mondays - Fridays : 07h00 - 16h30
Saturdays : 09h00 - 13h00
Sundays & Public Holidays : 10h00 - 11h00
You will be required to work on alternating weekends/Public Holidays
The Vet Clinic will be closed on Christmas & New Years Day
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Previous experience as a Receptionist/Administrator/Front Desk/Personal Assistant
Excellent Communication Skills
Highly energized
Well Presentable
Strong People Skills
Must be an animal lover
Must be emotianally stable and able to provide comfort to clients
NON NEGOTIABLE:
Must be between the ages of 40 - 60
Must have a valid Driver’s with Own Vehicle
Must reside in the Milnerton or immediate surrounding areas (Table View, Bloubergstrand, Sunningdale, Edgemead, Bothasig, Brooklyn etc.)
