Job Description:
My client is a well established fmcg (chemical) company who is looking for a halfday payroll, HR and financial administration person.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with Payroll (Pastel)
Keep record of overtime
Leave applications
Handle new emplpyees
Preparing and running the payroll - weekly and monthly
Maintaining personnel files (Confidential)
Processing insurance claims
Loading payments
Financial administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have a minimum of two to three years experience, but most imporatantly, we are looking for a person who specifically wants a half-day position.
Completed Matric
Own transport essential
Pastel payroll experience essential - the payroll is small but challenging (40 - 60 weekly and monthly)
