Functionally lead the site-based team of site quality leads/mangers to deploy company’s quality strategy, governance and goals through cluster/business specific projects and targets.
Provide expertise, leadership and support in quality management or resolve quality issues within the business / cluster.
Ensure compliance and calibration of company QMS/Standards across the business/cluster’s manufacturing, third party material and service providers, compliance with GMP’s, compliance with regulatory requirements, testing and release, HACCP plan review’s etc.
Represent cluster/business in relevant industry forums, participate and influence industry discussions and issues.
Build quality talent within cluster/business (recruitment, coaching and training)
Provide leadership to influence the quality culture through personal visibility and coaching of cross functional leadership within the cluster/business
Participate in company Brands Limited Quality Leadership Team and contribute to the development of the quality strategy and policies
Initiate and support quality improvements inline with MECP methodologies and support quality pillar deployment
Ensure that TIP quality processes are followed in all innovations.
Lead NPD quality interface for the cluster (participate in innovation forums)
Coordinate quality activities/initiatives with marketing teams
Drive internal and external benchmarking of company manufacturing operations w.r.t. to quality ecosystem and identify gaps and develop strategies to plug those gaps by driving focused quality improvement initiatives.
Coordinate product related incidents and consequent actions.
Coordination of the review of business quality and consumer safety policies.
Developing, Monitoring and Reporting the quality KPI’s for the business/cluster to QSSS director as well as overall SCM leadership.
