Our client a trendy Asian style restaurant in Sea Point require a Junior Manager
Successful candidate will be required to :-
• Work from open to closing.
• Report directly to the owner
• Manage staff
• Controlling stock
• Schedule shifts
• Cashing up
• Work on Tabletpos/Ikentoo
• Customer liaison
• Solving problems
• Assisting with training of staff.
• Build customer base with continued good service and product
• Control quality and cleanliness of facility.
Minimum qualification Grade 12 , some additional relevant qualifications would be an advantage.
A solid track record , references and own transport are a requirement .
