Job Description:
IT Technician required at the Centurion Regional Office of a national concern to provide remote and onsite support to branches in the Midrand, Centurion, Pretoria and East Rand areas.
Minimum Requirements
A+ and N+
Grade 12
Driver’s license
2+ years’ experience in an IT support role
Duties will include but not be limited to
Network installations i.e. cabling, trunking and patching.
1st Line Desktop and Platform Support.
Maintenance on all systems, security, desktops and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining application backups.
Perform onsite testing after Change Control Implementation.
Participate in 24/7 Standby Rotations.
Monitor service requests / incident queues and update & escalate in accordance to SLA.
Package & Remuneration
R15 000 to R22 000 pm CTC depending on background and experience
