Our client, an established financial company is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their team.
To complete allocated financial tasks whilst providing support to the finance team, Financial Accountants and Financial Manager.
Export & print receipts and proof of payments
Filing and scanning
Print invoices & statements for monthly as well as ad-hoc creditors
Process high volumes of payments daily
Accpac accounting software experience (advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience working on business banking online platforms (FNB advantageous)
Experience in paying high volumes of cash transactions as well as debit order management.
Able to understand English and Afrikaans instructions.
Extremely accurate (will be tested at interview)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Maintain high levels of confidence and integrity
Attention to detail
Ability to problem solve independently
