Our client in Cape Town is now recruiting for the position of Senior Technical Helpdesk Agent. This position will revolve around service request management, incident co-ordination, problem management and overall end user technical support on an e-commerce application.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting with end user support and administration
Creating and maintaining user data
Acting as the central point of contact for queries
Recording and tracking action points
Co-ordinating the resolution of queries
Assisting with audits
Handling change management during incidents, etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric and relevant three year IT qualification
At least 3 years IT support in telecommunications, specifically dealing with app support
