Duties & Responsibilities
Accountable for planning, defining and implementing marketing and communication strategies to support the launch of a new investment product.
Understand the marketing and communication objectives of different areas in the business and put in place marketing plans to reach key stakeholders effectively.
Liaise with different role-players within the business and externally – including business partners – to plan, prioritise and manage projects effectively and to ensure high-quality delivery that’s on brand and on brief.
Help to define and deliver the communication and experiential elements to support a truly needs-matched, client experience and client journey
Desired Experience & Qualification
Tertiary qualification in communications, brand management or marketing – such as a BComm Communications or Marketing, IMM diploma, Vega Brand School degree or similar
Five to ten years’ experience working in a marketing or brand management role in the financial services space, particularly in the wealth, investment or asset management sector
Be comfortable working in both traditional and digital marketing media
Proven marketing strategy and implementation skill
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design and implement processes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interact with poise at all levels within the organisation
Proven strategic marketing experience in an investment, wealth management or asset management business is a strict requirement
A team player and flexible enough to wear different hats on different days
Self-starter who is able to take the initiative and work independently
Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure
Package & Remuneration
