Office Manager - required for a company that distributes Cleaning Machinery, Manufactures Cleaning Chemicals and related products, based on the East Rand
The candidate should also be sales, customer and service orientated. The candidate will be responsible of three (3) in-house front office sales staff.
Own Transport Essential
Relevant Further Tertiary qualification advantages
Accounting experience (Creditor and Debtors)
Functions and Responsibilities
Bank statement and transfer of funds (inter-account)
Assist with ordering
Back orders - tracking
Recons for Head Office and customers (not often)
Supervision of front office sales staff
Assist Buyer in her absence
Cash-up with Branch Manager
Front Office meetings
Issue cash for long distance deliveries
IT issues – calling service providers
Admin pre-printed stationery
COD Lists and report
Credit Note Report to Branch Manager
Overtime and Leave Pay returns
Petty Cash returns
Groceries (admin only)
Opening and closing to Finance Manager
Salary negotiable for the right candidate
