Duties & Responsibilities
Defining, developing, and overseeing end-to-end execution of PR, media and marketing strategy and programmes to drive awareness for philanthropic organization. Working cross-functionally to plan and execute social media campaigns.
Managing complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges with high judgment and professionalism.
Developing and strengthening relationships with contacts.
Ensuring factually accurate representation of our organisation on various platforms.
Managing sensitive reputational issues with supporters.
Protecting sensitive competitive, technical, business confidential information.
Regularly interacting with team member’s senior leadership to influence strategy and negotiate decisions in relation to news, announcements, and messaging.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Three to four years' business marketing / PR / qualification.
The ability to write comprehensive and insightful briefs.
A sound knowledge of the relevant structures and processes in the agency
Excellent computer skills.
Confident communication skills.
Digital expertise in communications, solid writing skills and creative flare.
Computer literacy: All Microsoft products, Social Community Management.
A good standard of editing, as well as a solid understanding of the latest web platforms and technologies (including social media platforms and monitoring systems and tools).
