Job Description:
The purpose of the role will be to establish a sustainable demand analysis process by interacting with the Customer Service representatives
This role needs to ensure that demand is tracked and analysed on a weekly basis against actual sales, Commercial forecasts, and weekly schedules
Duties & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the weekly analysis of schedules, actual sales and Commercial forecast.
Responsible for the daily sales tracking and reporting to the Regional and Commercial team.
Responsible for coordinating the internal review with Customer Service and distribution schedules to the Regional Supply Chain and Commercial teams, for the monthly demand review.
Coordinating the forecasting of month end actual sales.
Compiling of month end schedule stability reports.
Compiling of month end variance reports between schedules, actual sales and Commercial forecast.
Responsible for escalating and the tracking of variances in demand to the Customer Services team.
This role is responsible for providing data for the forecasts from month 4 and providing any input into the final forecast
Scope: Work Context
The role will interact closely with the site’s Customer Service team as well as the Commercial teams to ensure feedback is given and reported where demand variances occur.
Will require to collaborate with functions at a Regional level to provide input into reporting and analysis.
The role is responsible for providing on time analysis to support the Commercial teams to provide accurate month 1 to month 3 forecasts.
The role is responsible for the escalation of demand that exceeds that agreed limits as per the escalation procedure.
The role holder will be required to ensure that Environment, Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to in the Customer Services function
