One of our leading clients in the Property sector is seeking a Key Accounts Manager (Facilities Management) to join their dynamic team. CPT - Century City
Responsible for handyman, Receptionist (access control and printing room assistants
The successful candidate will be based at a client site in Century City. The incumbent will be responsible for the Key Account Management for the entire client contract.
Sites including the following :
Cape Town (Century City, Bellville, Claremont)
Qualified electrician (wireman's license preferable)
Approx 5 years relevant technical and Facilities Management experience - Please note that the FM experience is vital
Facilities management within a call centre environment a recommendation
Excellent communication skills
Proven record with staff management
Must be willing to travel
