Duties & Responsibilities
Our client in the financial industry is seeking a personal assistant to join their team. Company is based in Alphen Park, Pretoria East
Duties will include:
Assisting with the management of e-mails and responding as instructed,
Answering phone calls
Organising and planning meetings
Assisting with meeting preparations
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Conducting or preparing any research that the director may require
Typing of letters
Reminding the director of important tasks
Managing databases and filing systems
Communicating with staff, suppliers and clients
Debtors and creditor management
Various ad hoc requests
Minimum requirements:
1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role
Own vehicle and license
English and Afrikaans speaking
Microsoft Office knowledge
Good communication skills
Work flexibility and adaptability
