Job Description:
Main Purpose of the Job:
Design and implement HTML based emails and website pages (help centre)
Implement these visuals into existing email templates, update templates and design new templates where needed
Convert email concepts into remarketing online banner adverts supporting emails Designs and implement updates to the Help centre site AND help content CMS
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Output
Emails: HTML visual design from brief & implementation into templates o Conceptualise, design and implement headline visuals for CRM emails including operational and sales driving campaigns
Update and develop new HTML email templates where needed
Online banners: Design and implement o Convert email concepts into remarketing online banners o Implement designs across required specs
Campaign landing pages: Design & implement via CMS o As required provide HTML headline banners for CRM landing page campaigns o Implement these banners into the CMS
Help centre site and CMS: Design o HTML design for updates to help site. This may include new pages or updates to existing pages to align to rest of site
Updates to content CMS, including templates and visual executions
Ad hoc: Other web design o Assist with HTML design updates across rest of site where required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Skills and Competencies
HTML design, working on both emails and website executions
Conceptual email and new template coding experience
Website HTML design experience
Use of Emarsys email tool an advantage
HTML design for emails and websites (Skill)
Qualifications and Experience
Digital design qualification including HTML
Mid - level experience. At least 3+ years working experience in a digital
design environment, specifically HTML
Agency, corporate or freelancer experience considered
Will be required to demonstrate conceptual HTML design experience using existing email templates (from brief),
HTML implementation experience (new templates) and website HTML designs.
Portfolio to be submitted with CV’s
Agency experience at an established online design agency and experience
using Emarsys will be considered a strong benefit
